Well the title says it all really. Just another day (Day 35) and all is well. Don't think I'm going to have lost any weight this week as I feel a bit bloated, but I don't care. Just waiting for my xl-glider to arrive so I can get exercising, and of course tomorrow is yoga night. Breakfast today was the muffins from the pb, lunch was a prawn and avocado salad and dinner was faux shepherds pie with asparagus and green beans followed by cinnamon pecans & cinnamon creme fraiche.
Tomorrow I have a meeting with a buffet lunch, it's very unlikely that there'll be anything I can eat as it's always sandwiches, fruit and biscuits so I've made some ham, cheese and avocado roll ups which I shall take with me instead.
