Hungry Day

Had a hungry day today and I've eaten loads. The good thing is that it was all P1 friendly and didn't really overdo the calories or carbs. I started out OK with the usual protein shake - which I actually didn't want as I wasn't hungry, but gotta stick to the 3 meals a day. Then everything went downhill from there. Having a stressful time with the work I'm doing, so slow cooked some sausages & onion marmalade for a late lunch and to make breakfast muffins with. Was still trying to work at 5pm and felt peckish so had smoked salmon, avocado & philly roll-ups. Dinner was a steak with a mushroom sauce followed by some custard. So I feel full, not stuffed and also feel fat. Definitely need to up my exercise but the weather is not conduicive to walking. Just hope my xl-glider arrives soon.
