This is getting confusing ...

Trying to stick to one plan while getting ready to move to another is getting confusing. This is because they are so different to each other. Loads of the food on the IPD is high points on WW and loads of stuff I can eat on WW is a complete no-no on IPD because of the high carb content. The problem is that since I became aware of all the carbs I've been subconsciously (or maybe not even that) moving away from the carbier foods. Instead of the chicken pittas I had planned I had chicken and vegetables and I've had salads etc. instead of sandwiches. Except for today, when I had scrummy macaroni cheese. One of the problems is that using loads of points on non-carby things is leaving me hungry beacuse I can't eat all the things IPD would allow or my points would be sky high, but I'm not ready to switch to IPD till after Easter. Having looked in my cupboards there is so much that I have to get rid of, and eating it is not going to be the sensible answer. Time to get ruthless in the kitchen and have a big clearout.
